Giles Coren minus sub-editors equals…gibberish!

This is a cheap shot. But I’m going to take it anyway.

Times columnist Giles Coren once wrote an angry missive to a sub-editor on The Times who tweaked his copy which became so notorious that he landed a book about anger management on the back of it.

He’s been taking part in a live webchat over on the newly paywalled Times website. Here are a few excerpts to show what he looks like without the benefit of a sub’s expert eye:
