Private equity firm Charterhouse, owner of the Times Educational Supplement, is rumoured to be considering a bid for Reed Business Information.
According to the Sunday Times, RBI will be sending out a prospectus to potential bidders later this month. A Charterhouse source tells the paper that it would be keen on merging the TES jobs site with RBI’s totaljobs.com.
