B2B publisher Centaur is to start a strategic review that could lead to a management bid to take the company private, reports the Sunday Times.
Centaur founder and chairman Graham Sherren has instigated the review after disappointment with the company’s shares performance, which had fallen to 82p last week from a peak of 155p a year ago.
JP Morgan Cozenove is tipped to handle the review.
