Last year’s Regional Press Awards Reporter of the Year, has picked up another journalism award.
Jon Austin of the Basildon Echo won the Best Exclusive Story award at last night’s Creative East Awards 2008.
Austin won the award for his investigation, “Travellers: the Truth”. Austin explained how he got the story in a Press Gazette piece last September.
