Simon Irwin has been appointed as the new group editor for Archant Life South East & East.
He will replace Jonathan Keeble who is leaving his post after five years to join the public sector as head of communications for a health service.
Irwin, who takes up his new post on 9 November, left his job as editorial director of Kent Messenger Group earlier this year, a post he’d held for six years.
Prior to becoming editorial director Irwin was editor of the Kent Messenger newspaper.
