Nationals follow in Axegrinder’s wake

By Axegrinder axeblog

I suppose that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so it came as little surprise that the media supplements in The Guardian and The Independent followed up Axegrinder’s idea of taking Simon Davis, ex-ES features editor, to task for writing such a pathetic valedictory piece on how pleased he was to be leaving.

It appears the smooth-talking one wasn’t liked much by his former colleagues ‒ whether it was at the ES or The Daily Telegraph, where his last job was LA correspondent before he got the chop.
