National news organisations have been warned to respect the privacy of comedian David Walliams and his heavily-pregnant model wife Lara Stone.
In 2010 the couple were granted an anti-harassment order preventing news organisations from invading their privacy.
It prevents them from being photographed within 100 metres of their home, in the homes or gardens of their friends and family, and on any other private property.
Ahead of the birth of their first child the couple have issued a “gentle reminder” to news organisations of the order.
Lawyers from Schillings told Press Gazette that in recent months there have been “a few” occasions where Stone has been photographed without her consent.
Walliams and Stone have made it clear, through their solicitors, that they do not consent to the publication of photographs taken in breach of their privacy now or after the birth of their first child.
They have also warned that personal information obtained without their consent should not be published.
In 2011 photo agency Splash paid “significant damages” to the paid for harassment and invasion of privacy after it photographed them together in London.
