Veteran Sunday Times and Private Eye political caricaturist Gerald Scarfe will receive a CBE from the Queen today for his four decades of service to the arts.
Also picking up an honour today is former Sunday Express editor Eve Pollard, who will receive an OBE for services to journalism and broadcasting.
