London-based listings mag Time Out is adding Kiev to its growing list of international franchised editions.
The Kiev edition will come out on 23 November, published under licence by Ukrainian Media Holding.

Editor of the new magazine, Timur Doroveev, has previously been editor the Ukraine edition of FHM.
