A photography magazine for students has been launched as a spin-off from the British Journal of Photography, writes Mary Stevens.
Eyesite will be published three times a year at term times and will be sent free to colleges that request it.
Editor of BJP, Jon Tarrant, said: "Everyone pays lip service to student photographers but no one really caters for them because it is a relatively small part of the market. We decided to do something for them."
The first issue has an interview with Sean Ellis, the fashion photographer who also directed All Saints’ Never Ever video.
