Radio Times is to start offering weekly guides to the best of the internet on its website, featuring sites such as YouTube, iFilm and Google Video as well as a list of most-listened to podcasts.
BBC Magazines editor-in-chief for new media Duncan Swain said: "Our users are obviously interested in web content and we need to be guiding them to the best that's out there.
Our new content is aimed specifically at addressing the needs and interests of the Radio Times audience, with intelligent, entertaining, credible and comprehensive content in the right format on the right platform."
The Radio Times website currently claims 1,214,805 unique monthly users — up 87 per cent year on year.
