Public Relations Account Manager

By Press Gazette

Redundancies? Long hours? Low pay? Newsroom morale at an all time low?

Could there be a better time for you to leave journalism for a career in PR?

We are a public relations consultancy based at Media City in Manchester and are staffed exclusively by former journalists.

Our clients range from local, regional and national businesses to high profile celebrities, giving us a diverse and interesting work portfolio.

Our business has grown significantly in 2015 following a series of account wins and as a result we are looking for two more journalists to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in journalism, have an eye for a story and be able to produce engaging copy that will be of interest to local, regional and national media.
