Property Week is on a drive to recruit younger readers to the title, and has launched an extra section with two new reporters.
The CMPi weekly held a party last week for 200 readers to celebrate a 160-page ‘youth’themed issue.
The issue was guest-edited by young property tycoon Nick Candy and only included faces under the age of 35.
The magazine featured a ‘Hot 100’rising stars in property, polled from more than 1,000 reader votes, plus an investigation into how graduates are treated in the property industry.
Property Week has started a networking club for new entrants to the industry, which now claims more than 2,000 members.
The magazine, edited by Giles Barrie, has also recruited three new staff as it expands its international offshoot and adds a new section to the weekly title.
Two new reporters, Hardeep Sandher and Aditi Shah, have joined the weekly title as it gears up to publish monthly supplement Property Week Global separate from the main mag, and a new ‘People’section to cover careers and management.
