Liz Thomas: ‘It’s a lovely team’
She joins the weekly theatre and entertainments title from Cardiff University where she has just completed a postgraduate diploma in newspaper journalism.
While on her course she did work experience on a number of London weeklies and on a variety of publications including The Herald in Glasgow, The Independent and a charity newssheet in India.
She said: “The Stage is really well respected so it piles on the pressure a fair bit.
“Luckily for me I work with a really lovely team of people so it hasn’t been much of a shock to the system.”
