New look interior

By Press Gazette

Interiors magazine Home has unveiled a new look with more space dedicated to photography, writes Ruth Addicott.

Editor Jocelyn Garside said people had become more adventurous in their approach to their homes and the glossy had to keep up with the changes.

The level of white space has been increased on each page allowing more space for photography, and the typography and palette have been refined to reinforce its more up to date image. A classic serif logo has also been added to make the cover more sophisticated.

Garside said the team had also spent a lot of time ensuring the pace of the magazine was controlled from front to back with a “carefully devised grid structure”.

Home is published by Highbury Leisure. It reported a circulation of 61,510, up 5.3 per cent on the previous year in the latest ABCs.
