Actor Jimmy Nail is suing men’s magazine Ice for libel damages. He is claiming damages from Select Media over statements on the cover and inside last July’s edition.
He also complains he has been the victim of a malicious falsehood in the same magazine. Nail, according to the writ, expects to win damages of more than £15,000, but gives no other details of his claim.
