Future Publishing this week launched a monthly magazine to cash in on the growing mobile computing market, writes Ruth Addicott.
Laptop Magazine features the latest information on wireless gadgets as well as news, reviews, indepth tutorials and practical buyer guides.
Publisher Dave Taylor said the title would target a new generation of consumers who were often on the move and were looking for a easy insight into the world of portable technology.
The launch is backed by a series of promotions including an advertising campaign across other Future titles.
Each issue will carry a cover-mounted CD and have a cover price of £3.99.
