Archant has increased its portfolio of French magazines and acquired French Property News from independent publishers Dick and Kerry Schrader.
The 17 staff affected will remain in their current offices in Wales, Wimbledon and Lille and the title will come under the ownership of Archant Life, the regional and country magazine division of Archant.
French Property News has a circulation of 50,000 and will sit alongside Archant’s existing titles, France Magazine and Living France, resulting in a combined circulation of 130,000. The acquisition also includes French property exhibitions.
Dick Schrader, who founded the title with his wife Kerry in 1989, will remain managing director.
