News of the World waiting to publish two more exposés

By paulmcnally

The News of the World is sitting on two high-profile celebrity exposés, but has been advised against publishing them pending a verdict in the Max Mosley privacy trial, according to the Observer.

The paper says the FIA chief’s privacy battle against the Sunday tabloid will have profound implications for Fleet Street, with many journalists reported to be angry that the NoW’s actions might make it more difficult to expose genuine wrongdoing in the future.
