North West Enquirer editor Bob Waterhouse has signed up David Anderson, currently assistant editor of The Northern Echo, as news editor of his new paper.
Waterhouse has completed his 17- strong team of journalists by recruiting Angie Sammons, former acting features editor, Liverpool Daily Post, and former production editor/chief sub of the Daily Express’s S Magazine, as arts editor.
The Manchester-based Enquirer launches on 27 April and is hoping for a circulation of between 15,000 and 25,000 across the Northwest of England.
