It is expected to be announced tomorrow that Andrew Neil, publisher of the Barclay Brothers’ Press Holdings, has been appointed chairman of Dubai-based ITP, the biggest business and consumer magazine publisher in the Middle East.
ITP publishes Arabian Business as well as Dubai editions of Time Out and Campaign under licence. It is believed the company has ambitious plans to launch into new sectors and hopes Neil will provide high-profile backing.
