Tru-Est launches new wealth title and plans more

By Press Gazette

Bankers, lawyers and accountants will be targeted by a new magazine, Trust & Estate Practitioner.

The 32-page title, aimed at the private client wealth management sector, is the first in a series of launches by the Tru-Est Group.

The company is recruiting journalists to work on three or four new titles due to be released this year.

Trust & Estate Practitioner will feature news via its website, TheWealthNet, as well as analysis, reports on legislative change and features on people, businesses and trends in the marketplace.

It will be distributed bimonthly to 5,000 senior professionals in the UK and UK offshore trusts and estates markets.

Editor-in-chief James Anderson said the plan was to eventually increase the frequency to monthly. “Until now, the products available in this sector have been very dry and purely technical and none of them address the business issues,” he said.

“We have a number of launches planned this year. There will be three or four new products in the next 10 months.” The company is seeking an editor for the next new title, due to launch in the next eight weeks and also based in the wealth management sector.

The Tru-Est Group also publishes PAM (Private Asset Managers) and Wealth Management.
