BBC | Today transphobia complaint upheld

A presenter had said Sussex academic Kathleen Stock was accused "falsely, of transphobia".

Complaints centred on a claim an anti-Muslim slur had been heard from inside a Hannukah party bus.

The publisher also paid an undisclosed "substantial" sum for copyright infringement.

IPSO said the headline claim was not supported by the article.
