L. McDuff’s Mad Avenue Blues is a reworking of Don McLean’s American Pie — a commemoration of the “year the media died”.

The 19 stanzas tread a fine line between elegy and satire. Which will you find predominant? It depends on your age and outlook. But this is on its way to becoming a runaway hit on You Tube. Go watch it now.
