The King of swing has snubbed Telegraph

By Axegrinder axeblog

Election fever or not, The Daily Telegraph’s “swingometer” expert, if that’s what you can call him, Anthony King, has decided he won’t be writing for that paper again, I’m told.

He earns his crust as professor of British government at the University of Essex, so I don’t expect he’ll miss the dosh too much. After all, he’s always in demand and is a regular face on our television screens.

However, one in the know tells me: “Tony has been unhappy how his copy has been used at the Telegraph.” Could this really be so, Tony?
