One of the hot new films doing the rounds is A Mighty Heart, which is about the abduction and murder of American journalist Daniel Pearl in Pakistan in 2002.
There’s a scene in the film where an article about shoe-bomber Richard Reid is being viewed on The Independent’s website.
Says my man behind the producer’s chair: “They all thought that The Indy’s website was so poor they didn’t want to show it to the viewers and so recreated another one for the movie.â€
