Standard David Taylor is to join The
Guardian as deputy home news editor.
Other personnel moves this week
include Financial Times leisure industries
correspondent Matthew Garrahan moving
to the United States to cover the Los
Angeles beat, and Grant Ringshaw, who
has joined The Daily Telegraph as
financial services editor. Ringshaw was
previously at contract publishing firm
Bladonmore.
