Online only future for B2B predicts IDC chief


Chairman of B2B giant IDC, Pat McGovern, has said he believes virtually all B2B publishing will move online in the next 10-12 years.

Talking to Media Guardian, he said: ‘On the B2B side, where people want to get the information as quickly as possible and have decisions to make every day in their job and want to get the perspective of people like them who have similar job responsibilities, the webs is a more complete solution for them.”

IDC has 300 magazines and 450 websites.
