The quality newspaper circulation battle got personal this week as
Times Newspapers used a mobile billboard to taunt its rivals. The
billboard was parked outside the offices of The Guardian, Daily
Telegraph and Financial Times. Different slogans trumpeted the poll
position achieved by The Times, Sunday Times and timesonline.co.uk in
last week’s British Business Survey, which looks at the reading habits
of Britain’s 1.5 million managers.
