New kids’ title Anorak to launch

By Press Gazette

A new children's quarterly has launched this month, published by independent company Oksar. Anorak will be aimed at children aged between five and 10, be distributed by WWWMD and run to 80 pages. The title, which bills itself as "the happy magazine for kids", will feature stories, illustrations, fun fashion, style pages and a "good stuff" guide that covers new products for children. It highlights all aspects of a child's world, from fashion to stories, culture to science and sport to food, priced £3.50.
