Future plc has announced that Terri Davey has been appointed
corporate responsibility manager. The role has been created as Future
prepares to increase its focus in this area, and Davey will now oversee
corporate responsibility policy across Future’s four operating
territories in the UK, US, France and Italy.
Davey, who joined Future in 2000, moves into the new role from her current position of head of group communications.
Reporting
to Future’s executive directors, her brief is to expand and implement
Future’s corporate responsibility initiatives, including monitoring and
addressing social and environmental issues.
Chief executive Greg
Ingham said: “Corporate responsibility is an increasingly important
area for Future. Terri, with her strong background in communications,
will ensure that we build on our already deep-rooted commitment to good
business practices.”
