News UK has opening for writer/sub-editor. You must be a confident writer in both long and short copy with strong grammatical knowledge and a flair for language, one who enjoys working with words, likes to write on various subjects in different tones of voice, apart from being a keen proofreader.

Scottish political reporter wanted for The Courier. You must have extensive journalistic experience in political news coverage and be able to display a good working knowledge of your specialist subject. You will also be expected to turn your hand to colour writing and analysis on a regular basis.

Location: Dundee.
