Derek Johnson named Kent journalist of the year

ITV Meridian’s Derek Johnson (above, centre) has been named Kent journalist of the year.

Johnson was also named broadcast Journalist of the year at the awards event, held last week at the Faversham brewery of sponsor Shepherd Neame.

  1. Really his very strange voice I have to turn off how he has got to report is amazing if I was a producer would have outed him just saying

  2. I agree Neil his manner of speaking really annoys me, I am suprised that he is not taken off or taught how to speak correctly.
