Davies on board

Former Travel Trade Gazette editor Phil Davies has been appointed editor of View From The Bridge, the contract magazine for travel agency Cruise Control. He has been hired to redesign the magazine after it increased its frequency from quarterly to monthly.

Davies will work on View From The Bridge on a part time basis with former colleague and Travel Trade Gazette publisher Stuart Baker.

Since resigning from TTG in August, Davies has worked as a consultant on travel-related projects. He will continue to work as a part time news editor of online travel industry news service TravelMole.
