Daughter’s debut in daddy Alton’s paper

Like father like daughter, the famous saying goes.

Well, it warmed Axegrinder’s cockles to see Roger Alton’s 17-year-old daughter Hannah get her first byline ‒ in her very own dad’s paper last Sunday.

Hannah made her debut in the Observer Music Monthly magazine, writing in the Teenie Bopper section. By the way, Hannah says MySpace is old hat, but she is a firm believer in Facebook.
