Scottish Express Newspapers will be on the move next year from its headquarters in Park Circus Place, Glasgow.
Although properties in Edinburgh and a number of central Scotland greenfield sites are being looked at, it is thought likely that the HQ will remain in Glasgow.
The newspaper stable moved from Albion Street to its current fifth-floor leased premises 30 years ago.
Together, the four Express titles, comprising the Scottish Daily Express, Scottish Sunday Express, Daily Star of Scotland and Daily Star Sunday, employ around 38 staff journalists, and seven regular casuals – with combined weekly sales of nearly 1.1 million copies.
The papers are printed in Glasgow’s Port Dundas.
The awards were presented by John Robertson, chairman of the Newspaper Society’s Independent Publishers’ Forum.
