HTV News has taken time out from its Bristol base to film a news special about West Country divers as they follow the elusive grouper fish in Bermuda.
Information gathered by the divers will provide marine experts and UNESCO with data to study and help try and save the fish from extinction.
HTV News correspondent Derek Tedder, who went with the divers, said: “Diving with the team was an amazing experience. Our camera crews filmed them risking their lives by penetrating shipwrecks in a bid to locate the groupers.”

The divers’ work will feature in a series of HTV News special reports on ITV1 from 18 June over three nights.
