BBC Wildlife Magazine has been relaunched with its June issue.
The move is based on what the BBC claims is the largest piece of wildlife research of its kind in the UK. The results identified two groups of readers – enthusiastic nature lovers who are less informed but keen to know more, and “informed and motivated” readers with a strong and active interest in the subject.
The new look includes a complete redesign and a stronger emphasis on wildlife in the UK. The June issue also includes the first of a series of pull-out pocket field guides featuring subjects from garden centres to insects and other invertebrates.
