BBC Scotland reporter and presenter Colin MacKinnon is fighting for his life in a Glasgow hospital after a car crash while on holiday on the Isle of Lewis.
According to the Daily Record, MacKinnon – who fronts the Gaelic current affairs programme Eorpa – was airlifted to the mainland suffering from serious head and spine injuries.
His wife Paula, a BBC news investigations producer, is reported to have escaped the crash with minor injuries.
