Stamp magazine is hoping to gain an international profile with the launch of its website www.stampmagazine.co.uk. The site will keep philatelists up to date on the latest rare stamps around the world as well as news on big stamp fairs, exhibitions and auctions. It was put together by editor Steve Fairclough, art editor Jann Fabia and staff writer Deborah Lees. Fairclough said: “Hopefully, the site will spread the word about Stamp magazine.
We’ve structured the site so it has core content for dedicated philatelists, but is also interesting for non-collectors who can find out about famous collectors and stamp designers, such as luminaries like Paul McCartney and Lawrence of Arabia.”
