Former Press Complaints Commission director Guy Black has joined Telegraph Group as corporate affairs director.
Black is leaving his current job as press secretary to Tory leader Michael Howard.
According to Telegraph Group he will work across
all departments to “build the Telegraph’s voice in the public arena”
and will report directly to chief executive Murdoch MacLennan. The
newspaper will continue to also use external PR firm Brown Lloyd James.
