Mike Frey, managing director of Highbury Paragon-Australia, is to return to the UK from Australia to become managing director of Highbury Entertainment.
He succeeds Mark Simpson, who was appointed chief executive of parent company Highbury House Communications.
Frey emigrated to Australia in 2001 and set up the Highbury Paragon operation. He has committed himself to the UK until 2005.
