Zest magazine has launched food supplement Eat Light.
The 30-page spin-off will feature news stories, recipes, cooking cards, diet tips and real-life success stories as well as investigative reports and up-to-date information on nutrition.
It follows the rise in popularity of organic food and research that showed £10bn was spent on the diet industry in the UK last year. Editor Alison Pylkkanen said the supplement would deliver the “complete food package”.
“Every week another sexy celebrity chef appears, another controversial new diet hits the headlines and women have become greedy for information they can trust,” she said.
Eat Light was due out with the August issue of Zest on 10 July.
