Thomson Reuters chief executive Tom Glocer took home $36.6m (£25.6m) last year, according to the company’s annual report, published yesteray.
A sizeable chunk of this, according to the Financial Post, comes from a one-off performance-based share option.
His “normal annual compensation” – his basic salary before bonuses and stock options – was $8.9m (£6.2m).
