Style magazine Dazed & Confused has added election coverage to
its content this month by interviewing a selection of first-time voters.
More
than 80 per cent of 200 young people polled said they were planning to
use their vote, nearly 40 per cent of them supporting the Liberal
Democrats.
A spokesman for the magazine said: “In contrast to the
causeless rebellion and apathy usually associated with the fledgling
electorate, we found a politically active peer group eager to stand up
and be counted.”
