Regional press circulation figures for the second half of 2011

Every regional daily newspaper lost sales year on year, with 16 losing more than 10 per cent, but there was better news when it comes to weekly and online readers.

Looking at the UK's weekly titles, 25 out of the 368 paid-for titles audited by ABC managed a year on year circulation increase.

 

The vast majority of Britain's regional press websites managed strong audience growth.
