Property title for east of England

By Press Gazette

A weekly property magazine has been launched covering Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties, including Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

Homes & Property Post, published by Archant Anglia, part of the community media group Archant, will be on sale in newsagents and outlets for £1.

The title has colour-coded sections for each location, each containing a guide to the area. It will include news and information about home buying, mortgages, finance and general property news.

A website, www.homes24.co.uk, has been developed and is now associated with the title.

The magazine will be edited by Brian Asplin, who also edits the Cambs Times and the Wisbech Standard.

Managing editor Paul Richardson said: “We think the publication will make buying property in the area much more straightforward, because you will only need to buy this title to get all the information you need, rather than a host of weekly or monthly guides.”
