OK apologises for doctored Victoria Beckham photo

By paulmcnally

OK! magazine has said sorry for doctoring its cover photo to make it look as if Cheryl Cole and Victoria Beckham were side-by-side at the same event.

The Northern and Shell title also changed the colour of Beckham’s dress from red to black.

In an apology this week, OK admitted that the picture is a “montage of separate photographs of the two women”.

“We would also like to record that in the original photograph of Ms Beckham she had been wearing a red rather than a black dress,” it said.
