Graffiti gloating over the murder of investigative reporter Martin O’Hagan on the sixth anniversary of his death has been slammed by groups including the NUJ and British Irish Rights Watch.
The offensive graffiti appeared on bus shelters in Ulster. Sunday World reporter O’Hagan was gunned down yards from his Lurgan home in a drive-by shooting on 28 September 2001 as he walked home from a pub with his wife. No one has been charged with his murder.
