Publisher Reed Business Information (RBI) launches Chain Leader UK
this month, its first new title in the hospitality sector for more than
a decade.
As well as a controlled hard-copy circulation of up to
10,000, RBI will also mail out 20,000 “e-book” versions of the
magazine, becoming one of the first companies to provide titles in
digital format.
Edited by Helen Adkins, formerly restaurant and
bars editor on sister title Caterer & Hotelkeeper , Chain Leader UK
aims to provide “thought-provoking business insight” to the senior
executives of pub, bar and restaurant chains, and will focus on news
analysis, customer trends, product coverage and marketing and business
case studies.
Forbes Mutch, group development editor of RBI’s
Caterer Group and project leader for the launch, said: “The branded
dining and drinking market is an expanding and vibrant market sector
and there is a real requirement for serious business analysis.”
